Due to the pandemic situation Hungarian universities may choose to organize online courses for foreign students. Please get in contact with your university for more details.
If you don’t have online courses, we inform you that although you travel from a „red” country, you don’t need to request an authorization of entry into the country, because you are D visa / residence permit holders, so these mentioned documents will be enough.
However, Kosovar students travelling to Hungary must spend 14-days in quarantine after entering the country.
Only those who take two COVID tests in Hungary 48 hours apart - and if both tests are negative - can be exempt from self-isolation.
