On November 28 the bust of Skander Beg was unveiled in a ceremonial setting in the garden of the Roman Catholic Cathedral in Prizren. Last year, the bust of the former comrade-in-arms, János Hunyadi's was inaugurated at the same location. The project was supported and financed by the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and a very well-known Hungarian sculptor Tamás Szabó was the one who created and carved the sculpture of Hunyadi and Skander Beg. After listening to the national anthems and the choir singing, Vicar Don Shan Zefi, Mytaher Haskuka, Mayor of the City, Meliza Haradinaj-Stublla, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Minister of Defense Anton Quni and dr. István Balogh, Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Bishop Dode Gjegji gave a speech.
